Karen has been with FranNet for nine and a half years. She was recently promoted to Director of Operations. She oversees inventory, meetings, and training. Karen was attracted to FranNet because she likes people, she's a people person. "I like the people I work with, here at HQ as well as the consultants and franchisors." I asked Karen how she has seen FranNet change over the nine years she's been here, "I've seen growth in FranNet as a whole, the atmosphere has changed. We've become a more dedicated team, we've grown professionally."
Outside of FranNet, Karen spends time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys working on her house and exploring Louisville with her husband.
